Responsibilities:• Setting up and configuring virtual machines, containers.• Setting up and configuring containers (Docker).• Assisting in the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.• Monitoring and Logging.• Configuration Management (Ansible).• Version Control System (GIT).• Scripting and Automation: Writing scripts in languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.• Backup and Recovery.• Container Orchestration: Assisting in the setup and management of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.• Collaboration and Documentation.

Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot issues.• Resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity• Install and configure software applications, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure proper licensing compliance.• User Account Management.• System Maintenance and Updates.• Remote Support and Mobile Device Management.• Documentation and Knowledge Management.
