- Communicating with European client staff and client suppliers in a professional manner- Changing the parameters of WMS program Infolog at customer request- Improving/creating programs (scenario’s) in WMS program Infolog- Exporting files from SQL into a user friendly environment (Microsoft Office, Access)- Supporting users of the system by email, and phone/VOIP- Providing systems support and resolution of tickets- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues- Creating process design documents- Assisting with systems testing of new functionality- Assist team members with preparing management reports- Data management and production of files- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions- Extensive experience with Windows Server 2008 & 2012 R2 for administering Active Directory in an enterprise class environment
