I was working as Software Engineer on project Board Kings. It's popular mobile game which allows players to build their own virtual board cities and travel to other player's boards. Player can roll the dice and move on the board to earn coins, which can be spent on upgrading the buildings. There are many scheduled mini-game events such as Battle Ring (boxing), Trail (adventure with milestones and final boss) and others. As backend developer I was responsible for design, development and maintenance of server side and architecture. I played a key role in building scalable and reliable microservice-oriented architecture.
