Graduated from Russian State Medical University in 2003, followed by residency in traumatology & orthopedics. In 2005-2008 worked as physician/traumatologist and was post-graduate student in parallel. In 2012 defended a thesis and got a degree of candidate of medical sciences (PhD equivalent). Worked as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) since 2008, joined IQVIA (former Quintiles) in 2011 as a senior CRA. After years of monitoring in complex oncology studies, in 2014, moved to Quality Management (QM), where for the next 2 years worked as Quality Manager (QM). In 2015 was appointed as Site Network Manager (SNM), responsible for oncology institutions/sites & trials on a country level. Due to further changes related to strategic merger with IMS Health, position changed to Site Resource Manager (SRM)/Line Manager (LM) at Clinical Operations. Run up to 15 direct reports, was responsible for country level oversight of ongoing oncology projects, worked directly with local client’s affiliates. Huge experience in real time coordination of local and global teams’ work as well as feasibility/site identification and start up phase. Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, applicable regulations and all aspects of clinical trials conduct. Loyal, responsible, enduring and diligent. Able to work under pressure. Highly motivated.
