About Andreia Costa

With a BA in Communication, Media & Culture and background of 13 years in the media analysis industry, I developed a robust skillset in operational business. I have a keen eye for process efficiency and I am believer that process change is most of the times the solution for effectiveness. I am a natural leader, experienced in managing large and culturally diverse teams, keeping career development at the heart of everything. I have the great aptitude to maintain solid and positive relationships and the natural ability of bringing people together. More recently, I decided to make a career shift and follow a more rewarding career path, where I could contribute with my skillset to improving people’s lives.
