-Manage, plan and coordinate activities related to procedures for importation / exportation made by the company, customs and foreign exchange regime, in addition to their own activities of administrative routine, checking legislation and those specific to the industry to ensure operational conditions and performance that are demanded;-Coordination of team documentation / logistics, training of staff;-drawback’s documentation control, sales, clearance of import and re-export to Germany, Poland and England;-Calculating cost of imports, monitoring and checking of all expenses generated in the clearance of each process;-Coordination with trucking companies for the collection of goods at the factory and delivery to the warehouse;-Knowledge of SISCOMEX for issuance of RE and DDE, re-allocate containers, reduction of costs (demurrage / storage);-Responsible for managing stocks of imported material, analysis of releases of the customers and supplying chain until the availability of the material for the production line;-Analysis of inventory, shipments in transit, inventory policy as CURVE ABC, all based on the customer’s release;-Member of the Logistics team that looked at reducing logistic costs, as well as appropriate packaging for export and nationalization of imported items;-Strategic planning export report directly to customers abroad;Interface between Brazil and Headquarter in Germany.
