- Check in/ check out according to the Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards. - Room assignment - Upselling and cross-selling - Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying them of late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests. - Service Knowledge: all VIPs in-house, hotel functions and special events/meetings.- Handover at the end of the shift reporting guest complaints, unusual situations and incidents that need follow up, to ensure efficiency in the operation.- Training for new team members- Answer all incoming calls- Handle guest complaints and give further instructions to the relevant staff if needed to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.- Attend & participate in daily briefings as scheduled- Take decisions on upgrades / comps / rebates etc. as per stipulated hotel policies and procedures.- Participate in training programmes (Complaint Handling, Upselling, Supervisor Training, etc...)
