Supervidora de Projetos em Manufaturing Execution System e Automação/ Industria 4.0.Coordenação de projetos de implantação de sistemas de execução e controle de manufatura, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), associados a Filosofia Lean e Industria 4.0. Levantamento de dados e requisitos, modelagem dos processos de gestão e monitoramento, criação e follow-up de cronograma, realização de testes integrados e validação do sistema, treinamentos de coleta de dados, cadastros e utilização de relatórios.

• Go-live of the system and assisted operation. Projects focusing on OEE and material handling in leading companies in the areas of food, graphics, steel and energy. Coordination of projects to implement manufacturing execution and control systems, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), associated with Lean Philosophy and Industry 4.0. Survey of data and requirements, modeling of management and monitoring processes, creation and follow-up of schedules, carrying out integrated tests and system validation, data collection training, registration and use of reports.

• Implementation and maintenance of Industry 4.0 applications and support for factory innovation projects (Technology Park with more than 500 PLCs connected to an ethernet network);• Data analysis (Data analytics): ETL (Extract, transform, load) data processing and preparation of DashBoards (projects carried out: Daily Cost Report and Quality and Traceability Report), using Hadoop, Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik tools;• Responsible for implementing and supporting Productivity and Traceability Systems.

• Factory modernization project management for a new line of engines (Dragon Engine – launch 2018, investment of R$500 million), with the inclusion of new Industry 4.0 resources (QR code, AGVs, sensors and cameras (Cognex)), allowing data from all machines to be monitored in real time at any Ford unit in the world;• Project management for the implementation of a new line of engines (Sigma Engine – launch 2009, investment of R$600 million) – from quotation, purchase, infrastructure installation to equipment integration using industry 4.0 resources (MES Cosmo);• Implementation of several systems: MES (production monitoring), Autosave (automatic PLC backup), QLS-CMt (traceability), GTS/V (tool control).

• In-person and remote SLA support (ITIL concepts);• Support and administration in Windows, Windows Server, Citrix Winframe/Metaframe, UNIX, Linux, OpenVMS, including hardware diagnosis and maintenance.• Configuration and maintenance of computer networks (TCP/IP protocol);• Installation of Corporate systems (PeopleSoft, Datawarehouse - Business Object, Maximo, Mpact, Smart);• Development of improvement projects for production, using programming (Visual Basic and Delphi).
