I also handle the necessary documentation for container shipments, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and filed.In addition, I manage the reception of drivers, ensuring they receive clear instructions and necessary documentation for their deliveries. I also oversee the distribution of mail, facilitating the smooth flow of information and materials within the organization. Part of my responsibilities includes checking, approving, and entering transport invoices into the system, ensuring all charges are correct and accounted for. I utilize SAP for creating supplier orders and for recording material received from suppliers, ensuring that all inventory records are up-to-date and accurate. Effective communication with other departments is essential to my role, as it ensures alignment and efficiency in our logistics and production processes. My attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial in maintaining smooth operations and facilitating effective communication between our logistics team and suppliers.
