Clinical and Coaching Psychologist, with around 18 years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults in different life stages and contexts in clinical and community context with focus on the cognitive-behavioral and positive psychology approaches in portuguese and english. Experience as Human Resources Consultant in recruitment and training (behavior, leadership, personal marketing, customer experience, entrepreneurship). Experience as a Leader in community intervention teams and in costumer experience. Experience as Trainer, Consultant, and Supervisor of psychologists on the Portuguese Order of Psychologists (OPP). Experience in Mindfulness Based Stress Redution (MBSR). Since 2021 works as one of the psychologist of the Well-being team that gives support to the students (BSc, MSc and PhD) in areas as work-life balance, personal development, stress, anxiety, depression and is responsible for the Process of Psychological Support and for the Communication platforms of the team.
