It has been an incredibly challenging journey, but with an enormousprofessional development.Projects:Business plan development and Business growthWorking with established and start up businesses to build and implement detailedbusiness plans to obtain funds.Results: Digitalization: Worked with 25 companies over the last 6 months to build andimplement a digital technologies.Project and process managementImplementing European Funds Project: Building projects from 0 to startups in theRomanian urban region.Coordinated a team of 30 people and managed a budget of 2.5 million euros for 33months.Main responsibilities: Prospecting and identifying the target group, analysis of thecandidates eligibility, training in entrepreneurship, internships, mentoring, coaching,business plan implementation, supervision and sustainability.Results: analysis of the eligibility of 2000 potential candidates, selected 200 people toparticipate in the entrepreneurship course and organization of business plancompetition. 36 business plans were awarded European funds. Managed 10 of theprojects.Succes: Took 10 business from incubation through to fully functioning businesses thatare still operating.Training and coachingDelivered over 5000 h of educational programs: 105 courses with 2300 participants.Coordinated a team of 30 trainers and managed a budget around 1.9 million euros.Developed training and consulting programs for companies in the following fields:management, leadership, team development, change management, organizationalculture, emotional intelligence.Courses delivered: Change Management, Conflict management, Stress and emotionmanagement, Time Management, Design Thinking, Business Mindset,Entrepreneurship, Efficient communication, Emotional intelligence.
