My personal and professional mission is to have a positive impact on society and the business environment where I work in. The future looks bright for companies that strive not to be the best in the world but the best For the world, for the market, the customers and their employees.I consider myself to be an enthusiastic, energetic and visionary manager with a mindset oriented to growth and continuous improvement. I have more than 18 years of experience in sales, management and business development. I activated in retail, FMCG, pharma and medical markets. I am aware that no organization can outgrow its leaders and this is why I choose to invest in my self-development continuously. I joined the John Maxwell Team in 2019 to develop my leadership skills and learn how to coach and train my team to help them deliver the best results. Another significant improvement in my activity and my results came after I was trained to work with Lean management principles which I successfully applied in different environments. As a formal higher education, I studied Marketing at Babes Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca. In my bachelor's degree research work I studied and analyzed how Lean management can be applied in Romanian organizations, what are the main challenges, the main benefits and how can these principles be adopted in the Romanian culture and by the Romanian workforce. After this step, I started a Master's program in Human Resources management to continue my research and development in this field. In a long term, my academic plan is to research and develop a Ph.D. thesis in which to find the best solutions to change and to improve the Romanian worker mindset to a one based more on discipline and continuous improvement.
