- Event Marketing Responsible for Bright Minds 2023 Event by AIESEC in Romania- Responsible for the creation of the event rebranding to better reflect the youth target and the event's mission.- Developed and managed the content calendar to promote the initiative, while organically growing a new Instagram page that got 700 followers until the event day.- Participated in routine team activities led by the Event Manager, while concurrently furnishing activity reports and diligently pursuing weekly and monthly objectives to monitor and drive growth.- Responsible of implementing marketing activities to promote the event and converting the youth in subscribers.- Managed to gain a number of 900 subscribers at the event, both physically and online, that got converted in event participants.
