About Andrei Iordache

I started as an awarded copywriter and today I am the CEO and UX Director of a product development company: UPDIVISION, which I co-founded in 2010 with a good friend. Since then, I have been helping SaaS founders and companies all over the world build complex software that solves real-life challenges with a design-driven approach. My background in creative advertising and marketing proved to be an advantage in an industry that typically puts the technical solution before the business and consumer needs. Building good software products is so much more than just finding the right tech stack. Here are some of the things I learned along the way:🚩 Many SaaS founders either misunderstand product discovery or skip it entirely leading to huge technical and design debt later on.🚀 Design should drive the development process instead of treating it as something to be layered on at the end or skipped altogether.
