-As an administrative clerk, I was actually doing the job of a task manager or order manager, meaning that I had to carry out the pre-sale, sale and post-sale activities for the customers that requested various bookings (flight, hotel, taxi, etc.). Everything was made remotely, less than 1% of our clientele being people that were actually coming into the office.
