Windsor Run: A senior Living project by Erickson Retirement Communities. This 81.5-Acre Master Plan consisted of 2 Community, 9 Residential and 2 Assisted Living Residential Buildings. I was in charge of overseeing the different phases thru Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documents and Permitting and Bidding of multiple buildings at a time. I worked closely with the clients to achieve their goals and traveled to different locations in the US to meet the line of experts from Erickson Retirement Communities.Off Brickell: Mixed Project including a two-story, 100,000 sf pedestrian-oriented retail structure, a 10-story, 210-room business hotel and a 9-story, 156,000 sf Class A office. During the Schematic Design Phase, I coordinated the efforts with the creative team for the Design presentation to the client. Once the Master Plan and concept were approved, I was given the Hotel portion to develop further and tie it into the retail component. Overtown Transit Village: A phased development that included 665,000 sf of build-to-suit offices in two towers of 17 and 22 stories on an 8-level garage connected to a Metro Rail Station. I was involved in the early design stages for the Master Plan and was Project Architect for Design Development and Construction Documents for Phase One. During Phase Two, I was given the Construction Administration management for the project. I performed monthly site visits and provided field reports to ownership, reviewed payment applications with the Bank and Contractor, coordinated shop drawings and RFI's and reviewed all change events with team of consultants. Crocker Tower: A 42 Story residential and retail building in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Schematic Design Phase. In charge of all coordination with consultants and team of designers. Port Royale: A 500 units Residential Complex (7 Buildings). Developed the Concept and followed up all the way to Permit stages.

Managed multiple residential projects in different stages from Design to Construction Administration including: DUO: Twin 20-story Towers. Participated in the Schematic Design process with Senior Associate and took over the Project Management of the Design Development and Construction Documents phases. Star Lofts: 14-Story Tower. Managed all Stages, from Schematic Design to Construction Documents. Designed interiors for Penthouse Unit.Sapphire: Worked very closely with clients and consultants to design and develop the UDRB package of these twin residential high end 12-Story towers located in Pompano Beach Florida.
