In the past, I was an Executive Career Coach and an OD Specialist, and I helped professionals and organizations navigate complex transitions and achieve their goals.At Foundever, I leverage my service firm leadership expertise and my business skills to optimize the PBS category and deliver bottom-line results. I also collaborate with the Human Rights and DEI global initiative to promote a diverse and inclusive culture. Before my assignment in procurement, I founded and led Career Coach Connection, a remote career coaching firm that served clients across the US, Latin America, and Europe, using a five-star rated job search methodology which included an in-house developed LinkedIn methodology.
