In this role I'm responsible for:- The deployment of a new ERP system (SAP S4/HANA) within 5 production plants.- Integrate into a deployment team and support to develop it into a high-performance team with a deep understanding of the global template for Business Transformation and continuous improvement .- Closely collaborate with other deployment teams. Facilitate collaboration of team members with other workstream during process development, testing, data preparation and data cleansing. - Responsible to gain knowledge about the new work environment consisting of organization, process and SAP system structures.- Ensuring implementation of global/regional standard processes (minimize plant specific developments) - Work with plant implementation team to ensure that plant processes are covered with existing SAP functionality -highlight deviations and where SAP prerequisites are not met. - Organize and moderate project team status, reporting and working meetings. Since May 2020, aside the operational roles within the Supply Chain Management, I was engaged as a Project Workstream Team Member on production planning (PLTP) in the implementation of the SAP within the company.Computer skills gained over time:-Microsoft Office/365 package/Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA)-Power BI-ERP system AS400/Inforlive-SAP-Hydra/MES-WMS-Jira platform

In this role I was responsible for:- Leading and coordinating the human resources within the planning team. Supervising activities on team colleagues – I assure that planner’s activities are maintained under the specific standards. - Communicating and negotiating with the parties within the supply chain when they reach an escalation level.- Coordinating and controls the orders and ERP system, starting with customer requirements and stock policies.- Implementing improvement projects into the team and in the planning process. - Reducing to minimum the deviations generated by planning errors, stocks transfer or the errors generated by the planning system and software. - Offering support within the change management actions. Additional software activities:- Offering Key User support on implementing Hydra/MES system inside all the production processes and link it with the ERP system. Validating the system flow with the production process flow. - Offering support on the system side for the entire planning team. Adding improvements and coming with solutions or optimizations within the system settings and parameters based on the needs and processes.- Bringing Improvement tools to help the roles within the planning teams.

Starting with May 2020 I was acting also as a Project Workstream Team Member on production planning (PLTP) in the implementation of the SAP within the company, which is replacing the current legacy system (data migration).This is also a Pilot Project for the implementation of the SAP in the other JSS plants.Starting with September 2020 I was acting as a Workstream Member in a regional (EMEA) project for inventory reduction and Sales fluctuation and Sales forecast within the plants.Additional software activities:- Offering Key User support on implementing Hydra/MES system inside all the production processes and link it with the ERP system. Assure a 100% rate of customer satisfaction. - Analyze demand evolution / the weekly forecast. - Offer support on coordinating the launch or change activities of a project.Starting with June 2017, due to the extended knowledge I 'm engaged also in offering support on the system side for the entire planning team.
