I am a seasoned tech lead and architect with over 14 years of experience.I've been around having led and mentored teams of up to 30 people strong in 3 countries. Sometimes the teams were collocated, other times they were geographically distributed across different cities and countries.I have many years of hands-on experience in creating, governing and delivering complex cloud-based service-oriented/microservices architecture. I have defined and scaled technology-based teams and organizations setting up ways of working, DevOps processes and development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.) in the spirit of autonomous, agile teams with clear service-aligned boundaries. I specialize in technical leadership, business and technical strategy and overall business-technical alignment.
