  As a member of the Scrum Team in charge with developing PI lending products in George, my main responsibilities include: writing and grooming stories to update the lending flows after aligning the the requirements with all stakeholders, if the case, perform UAT, raise bugs and update the backlog in JIRA, update flow documentation and inform the network on the new features.As part of the business-as-usual process as a Product Manager, my main duties include:- analyze PI loans market in terms of market trends and customer needs and propose the appropriate strategy to meet business objectives;- analyze products in terms of profitability, sales volumes and competitiveness and elaborate proposals to achieve the budgeted financial results;- monitor the E2E processes related to PI loan products and propose optimizations or updates, taking ownership of their implementation and communication to all stakeholders involved in the process;- team up to update or elaborate new regulations and working instructions with regards to processes in PI loans area;- provide support on the issues identified at product or process level, correcting the issues and updating them if necessary.As a designated Data Protection Representative with regards PI lending flows, my main responsibilities include:- ensure that all PI loans processes are GDPR compliant- evaluate PI lending flows and update the registry for the processing of data processing- act as support with regards to data processing issuesAs a designated Data Steward in the PI lending data cluster, my main duties include:- harmonize the business terms used in reporting after aligning them with the respective business owners (identify the business owner, define the business term, provide information about the reconciliation reports)- implement DQ standards and define the DQI- cross-divisional transporter of information supporting the Data Owner- represent the reporting team within the business units
