Key projects included:For one of Russia’s largest banks: Carried out structure and talent review of two HQ departments within Retail banking. Results: key positions stratified and aligned with strategic goals, department structure simplified with two reporting layers removed. For another first-tier bank (15,000 people): Led structure and talent probes in regional branch network. Designed detailed structures with integrated channel management, streamlined accountability and removal of two levels. Trained internal team in organisational analysis and talent assessment. Results: Target operating model (TOM) successfully piloted in two largest regions; nationwide rollout pending. In the wake of a major market downturn, the client bank was the first in its peer group to return to profitability.For a nationwide mechanical engineering company: prototyped a strategy-led HQ structure. Created a TOM of a manufacturing plant, with reporting layers reduced from 7 to 4. Results: TOM implemented implemented in pilot facility and approved for nationwide rollout.For a pioneering firm in corporate farming: conducted work-levels immersion session for the management board, carried out top-level structure and leadership capability assessment and aligned competency framework with work levels, preventing creation of an extraneous organisational layer.Thought leadership: Authored articles for the Harvard Business Review and Management Today; spoke at several nationwide conferences.

Designed and conducted four international all-hands brainstorming workshops for up to 130 people and led subsequent management action planning, resulting in adoption of country-specific engagement-building programmes• Facilitated the restructuring of Western European operations (400 people in 13 countries), resulting in better organisational alignment for revenue and market share growth
