I read some of the books Richard Barrett wrote and I was very enthusiastic about his approach on Human Values, being one of the world leading experts on the topic. Thanks to Neil Hawkes, the Founder of Values-based Education I had the chance of meeting Richard Barrett virtually and embrace the opportunity of becoming one of the international Ambassadors of his extraordinary programme - Humanity Awareness Initiative - Creating A World Where All Living Beings Can Thrive. In my role as an ambassador I will promote the mission of this community: The Humanity Awareness Initiative (HAI) is a global education and training initiative designed to accelerate the evolution of human consciousness and societal wellbeing.

My role encompassed managing branding, communication, and public relations activities, ensuring our messaging was both compelling and aligned with our strategic goals. In addition to overseeing these key areas, I created educational content and designed learning programs tailored to meet our organization’s needs. I also delivered engaging training sessions that empowered our team members and enhanced their skills, contributing to our overall success as nonformal education actors.For the last half of the period I worked for The School of Values I was elected in the Leadership Team and together with my fellow board members proposed the adoption of a new vision and strategy within our team, driving transformative change and fostering a forward-thinking approach for Values-based Education in Romania.

As a Google Brand Ambassador, I honed my digital education skills by organizing and leading workshops at the University of Bucharest. This role required not only a deep understanding of digital tools and trends but also the ability to communicate effectively in English and my mother tongue. I excelled in delivering engaging content and providing logistical support for trainers, ensuring smooth and impactful sessions. My experience in this role significantly enhanced my expertise in digital education and my proficiency in managing and executing educational events.

Conducted training sessions in career planning, civic leadership, and creative writing. Developed and led the ‘Media Manipulation’ course for teenagers, focusing on critical issues such as fake news, hate speech, and human rights. Facilitated ERASMUS+ training programs in areas including volunteering, project management, and social development.

As a representative at international events organized by the British-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the British Embassy in Bucharest, I have honed my skills in global networking and cross-cultural communication. I successfully presented Libra's initiatives in Romania, including fundraising projects supporting individuals with disabilities in healthcare centers across Bacău and Brașov Counties. My exceptional networking abilities were recognized with the Best Networker Award at the Back to Business International event, held on November 9th in both 2016 and 2017.

Produced and presented the "Generation Z" show, a 50-minute program designed to highlight global success stories and current trends. The show features in-depth interviews with two distinguished guests who discuss pressing global challenges and share innovative, effective solutions from their respective fields, including entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and personal development. Aimed at inspiring and motivating young viewers, the program provides valuable resources such as business ideas, educational programs, non-formal education platforms, and recommended reading materials, fostering active community involvement and a focus on education and culture.

Gained television experience as a TV presenter on a national network, where I moderated the knowledge-based contest show "Fii pe fază!" My role involved excellent communication skills in my native language, strong organizational abilities, and effective teamwork. The position honed my acting skills and required seamless coordination of live programming, ensuring engaging and informative content delivery.

Contributed as a junior researcher and journalist in conducting research on high school students' romantic relationships through interviews with 10 teenagers and over one hundred surveys. Delivered impactful presentations at various high schools in Bucharest on gender equality and violence. Acted as a trainer for workshops aimed at raising awareness about critical issues such as data security, revenge porn, abuse, and toxic relationships. These experiences highlight my strong skills in research, public speaking, training, and addressing sensitive topics effectively.

Led and coordinated the "Do You Speak Hate?" project from October 17, 2015, to June 24, 2016, in Bacău County, Romania, showcasing advanced project management skills and a deep commitment to combating hate speech and discrimination. Dedicated over 150 hours as a trainer, teaching media and advocacy competencies in 13 high schools in collaboration with the Bacău County School Inspectorate and the Centre for Independent Journalism Bucharest. Created and presented the "Media Manipulation" course, addressing fake news and hate speech across various notable events. Notable speaking engagements include presentations at the Faculty of Law in Bucharest on April 7, 2016, the "Find Yourself" event in Galaţi on April 8, 2016, the Faculty of Letters in Bucharest on April 22, 2016, the "Who’s Manipulating?" event in Călăraşi on June 10, 2016, and the Faculty of Sociology in Bucharest on June 16, 2016.
