Focused on aggregating business-relevant data from third-party services (Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram, Groupon, Amazon etc..), correlated it to a specific business location and exposed it via REST.

Lead the development of GeoIQ’s bitmap visualization engine launched in June 2011. Provided support and developed solutions for GeoIQ’s clients including WWF, World Bank, Pepsi... Designed experimental user interfaces and experimented with ways to visualize large / real time datasets.

Led the company from the idea to a market-proven product with thousands of customers. Led the development of UMap Mapping API and UMapper.com - SaaS product. UMapper customers include First American Core Logic, Bloomberg, NOKIA, National Geographic, Boston.com, StarTribune, USA Today and many others.

Founded the company in 2005 and led it all the way to acquisition. In the process, developed one of the first Flash mapping APIs, GMap, which was acquired by Google in 2007.
