As CTO & Co-founder of BrightR, I lead the creation of an AI and ML system for dental shade matching, integrating technologies across React, .NET, Python, and AWS. I assembled and directed a specialized team of developers in machine learning, frontend, and DevOps to refine our product for market launch. Working closely with dentistry specialists, we developed a research portal to support data gathering and analysis for training our engine, ensuring our technology meets professional needs. As a co-founder, I actively engaged in business planning, from identifying market opportunities and raising funds to shaping the company's vision and strategy, driving BrightR to the forefront of dental technology innovation.

I led the end-to-end development of a crowdfunding platform for Childhood Cancer International, taking the project from initial concept to deployment. My role involved designing the frontend in React, building a secure backend in .NET, optimizing a scalable SQL database, and architecting the AWS infrastructure. Additionally, I provided strategic business consulting on the platform's future development and growth plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and long-term goals. This project allowed me to combine technical expertise with strategic guidance to create a platform with significant impact.

I was tasked with overseeing the integration of the Fundmore platform with a range of loan originating systems and insurance providers, utilizing Node.js and Angular. I have successfully undertaken the refactoring of the integration and mapping systems for two key integrations, enhancing efficiency and compatibility. My contributions have led to improved system robustness and a smoother experience for clients, reinforcing the scalability and reliability of the platform's integrations.

I held the primary role in redesigning and implementing the full notification system on the Cledara platform, alongside completely redeveloping its authentication and authorization mechanisms. Moreover, I oversaw the design, development, and maintenance of the platform's integration with Google services, specifically Single Sign-On (SSO) and Workspace.

I managed the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of two major projects within our ecosystem: the cloud synchronization project and the recommender engine server, both built using C# .NET. Additionally, I played a central role in developing the desktop client and mobile application for Gazoom, utilizing React for both platforms.

I was responsible with the design and installation of multiple projects of the company including Motilde's Ultimate Meeting Room, as well as assisting my colleagues with installations in both Spain and France.

I was responsible with designing and implementing the Emergency Stop system for a part of the new production line of Napolact, one of the biggest companies in the Romanian food industry.

I was responsible with implementing the new design of the VisitTrail platform, a BPM application, which is one of the 4 SaaS platforms from Logicode, activating in the warehouse industry.

I worked on a research project for Novartis, one of the biggest medical research centers in the world, which was supposed to assist patients with a very rare form of thyroid cancer receive treatment and give feedback to their supervising doctors.
