Wavestone and Q_PERIOR joined forces in December 2023.

I am responsible for the Romanian branch of the Q_PERIOR group (now Wavestone), including its growth strategy, the service portfolio and sales. In the years following the aquisition by Q_PERIOR, we managed to quadruple the revenue and reach a headcount of over 100

As co-founder and CEO I have build up and managed a nearshore team of 20+ people in our romanian office in Cluj. Inspiricon was delivering IT consultancy services in the areas of SAP and Cloud Development for D-A-CH and US companies. Inspiricon was aquired by Q_PERIOR AG (now Wavestone) in 2020

I was in charge of building up the nearshoring SAP development team (8 people in Cluj, Romania) for a german IT company called ESS Software Service GmbH. This team was responsible for developing a custom Real Estate module for SAP Business By Design. After 2 years and the development almost completed, ESS was aquired by Haufe and the project was stopped with the team facing an uncertain future. This led me to the next chapter: starting a business of my own - Inspiricon

My first corporate job - I joined a team responsible for creating data models and dashboards for one of the biggest german automotive company. Here I learned many aspects of extracting, transforming and reporting large quantities of data using SAP BW.

During collage and for some time after I was creating various websites for local small and medium sized companies as a freelance web developer. It was a one-man-show, me handeling all aspects of the business. This began with finding the customers and ended with implementing and maintaining the websites.
