From inception through our acquisition in 2020 by Press Ganey, the Doctor.com journey was the highlight of my career. I am humbled by the incredible team we built and exhilarated by the impact we are making. One of our company values was to be "tenacious in the pursuit of excellence" and our culture truly embodied this at every level of the organization.Since launching in 2013, Doctor.com grew from a small team in a dusty loft in the SoHo neighborhood of NYC to nearly 200 strong, with offices in NYC, Silicon Valley, and Atlanta. Today, as part of Press Ganey, the Doctor.com platform (now Press Ganey CX) serves thousands of clients that include leading hospitals, health systems, private practices, payers, pharma brands, and others. Prior to our acquisition, Doctor.com was backed by a fantastic group of investors including Spring Mountain Capital, Colle Capital, and StartUp Health.Prior to Doctor.com, I spent several years traveling extensively while working with early-stage companies (one of which is now a "unicorn" disrupting the commercial real estate space).Before that, I was a founding team member of KN Dimestore, an advertising research platform acquired by Knowledge Networks (now part of GfK [FWB: GFK]) in 2009, and an early employee of Game Trust, which was acquired by Real Networks (NASDAQ: RNWK) in 2007.I began my career at age 16, building websites for small businesses after dropping out of high school. Within three years, I was fortunate enough to be designing and developing web-based user experiences for organizations like Accenture, Cisco, Microsoft, The National Education Association, and the US Government. That is what I love about the tech ecosystem -- it is a true meritocracy where anyone with skill and drive can carve a path, regardless of paper credentials or "pedigree" .When I'm not working, I enjoy training in mixed martial arts, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
