Managing a team of Business Development Representatives who are helping prospects through live chat and email tickets. Our team also helps prospects build dashboards and set up other features within their account. Business Development is also responsible for identifying prospects who would benefit from additional assistance and connecting them with our Sales Team. Managing a team that does pre-sales activities through early qualification of prospects via multiple channels, as well as working on new processes and projects aiming to improve the customer journey, thus impacting conversion rates through the sales funnel.

Assessing the needs of small and medium-sized business users in a short sales cycle within a competitive market in the business of reporting tools, finding and closing deals from a large list of inbound generated leads and free trials, as well as upgrade opportunities from existing customers.In a nutshell, my job is to understand and dig deep into the business objectives of our potential clients, structure their exploration of Databox based on what I have learned, and make sure to close deals by helping our users understand how to achieve their goals through Databox.

Providing technical assistance to customers who use our software. I am responsible for helping customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as resolving any issues or answering questions related to the software's functionality. I collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs, provide feedback on customer needs and pain points, and contribute to the development of training materials for our customers. This role allows me to combine my technical expertise with my passion for customer service, helping our customers make the most of our business analytics software.
