After quick promotions became a manager with responsibilities for aquiring and managing new staff and customers.After 1 year in Ireland joined AIG (later MetLife) - a life insurance company in Slovakia. 5 years of developing cooperation with Brokerage companies and making this department the No.1 on the Slovak market. 2010 - named MetLife Slovakia employee of the year confirming this success. 2013 - accepted a new challenge in my professional career as the Executive Director of Winners Group - one of the top Brokerage Companies in Slovakia.In this position We have managed to increase company annual revenues from 4 to 30+ mio.
