About Andrej Janzic

As a child, I enjoyed puzzles & strategic games, and brain teasers that challenged me. This early passion instilled in me the importance of persistence and creative thinking. I firmly believe that there is a solution to every problem, and that and that finding it often requires an unconventional, out-of-the-box approach. I tackle challenges with a positive attitude, drawing on my knowledge, experience, analytical thinking, and creativity to find unique solutions.I honed these skills throughout my education and career. They proved invaluable during my scientific research at the University, where I acquired a wealth of knowledge in the fields of pharmacy and healthcare. With PhD in Health Economics, I further strengthened my expertise and earned recognition as a national and international expert. I am actively involved in several EU activities related to pharmaceuticals and health technology assessment. I developed strong leadership and decision-making skills through my work as a department head and member of the management board.Ultimately, my driving force is a desire to improve the lives of patients. I am enthusiastic about research in general, about new technologies in various fields that improve people's lives.
