Key qualifications (some of them):- designing and setting conceptual hydrological models for runoff simulation, P-R (precipitation – runoff) models to help to predict (forecast) hydrological situations regarding meteorological forecast. (simulation of design flood or drought, climate change, what-if analyses);- expert in hydrometric measurements of surface waters with modern hydroacoustic equipment (ADCP,ADV) to measure water velocities, flow, and river bathymetry follow ISO standards;- designing, making, installing hydrological monitoring to transmit data in real-time (pressure sensors,acoustic sensors, data loggers, land and air communications, underwater cameras);- design and field installation of hydrometric measuring equipment (measurement structure design);- rain monitoring ( tipping bucket rain gauges, rain totalizators, disdrometers);- spatial database design, data analyses, and modeling, SPDB management, GIS analysis, spatial statistic;- programing Python, Julia, Fortran and Basic, SQL scripting.
