My purpose is to help parents of children with autism and other diverse needs, neurodivergent individuals and educators to live their greatest life possible through my teaching, coaching, and writing.I have been working in the Neurodiversity field for over 15 years and currently I work as a certified RDI consultant (Relationship Development Intervention) for families and educators. I’m also the founder of Autism & Neurodiversity Consulting Ltd and I truly enjoy supporting and guiding parents and educators on their journey. I strongly believe that every parent and every person around neurodivergent individuals needs more support and education to be able to connect and guide atypical individuals through this dynamic world. My approach is holistic, incorporated with positive mindset and mindfulness, and I take every neurodivergent individual and I tailor the training based on his strengths and obstacles. I teache neurotypical people how to guide their child, or student, or a college to seek out and succeed in truly reciprocal relationships, while addressing key core issues such as motivation, communication, emotional regulation, episodic memory, rapid attention-shifting, self-awareness, appraisal, executive functioning, flexible thinking and creative problem solving.Connecting with and supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families and communitas has led me to experience unprecedented joy, as well as a sense of purpose in my work. Watching them grow and learning alongside them, as well as having a role in improving society’s perception and treatment of neurodivergent people is why I truly love my job. I always work with consideration of my core values, integrity, respect, consistency and accountability.I have conducted several workshops and webinars over the years to educate parents, educators and companies about special education, RDI (Relationship Development Intervention), Mindset and Mindfulness. I’m also collaborating with doctors, clinics and other professionals who are around neurodivergent individuals.
