I am an HR Manager at McKinsey & Company, based in Duesseldorf. As an HR Manager, I take care of all matters concerning our non-consulting staff and advise department managers on HR topics. Prior to joining the HR team I worked in recruiting and gained deep expertise in campus- and direct sourcing, MBA recruiting, candidate relationship management and assessment. I studied at the universities of Munster, Bonn and Cologne.
