• Technical and internal support – Responsible for the ongoing management and development of company ISMS and leading the information security forum (ISF). Providing technical support to both customers and staff. Working within a technical team that manages the infrastructure associated with URM’s online risk management products. Specific technical skills and responsibilities are as follows:• Managing URM’s IT infrastructure (Exchange, Office 365, Azure and endpoint devices)• First line technical support for URM’s Products (e.g. SQL Console queries, issue replication on sandpit environments etc.) or any website and training related queries• Cyber Essentials Assessor • Boundary firewalls and internet gateways – Involved in the configuration of URM’s remote hosting environment, this includes provisioning new cloud environments with associated network restrictions• Secure configuration – Responsible for building all end user devices to URM’s standard configuration, a network administrator within URM• Access control – Responsible for managing access within URM’s SharePoint environment and client document portals using Active Directory• Malware protection – Responsible for ensuring that all production systems complete antivirus updates and scans on a regular basis. Also responsible for including malware protection on end user devices• Patch management – Responsible for ensuring all remote consultants end user devices are kept up to date and also URM’s cloud hosting environment is patched• Web development – Responsible for maintenance and ongoing development of URM website.
