One of the biggest challenges in Design-build projects is cost, which is determined by many factors. Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, logistic and construction processes helps me to deal with it. Also it means a lot of data analytics that I really like. All this, together with BIM and LEAN principles, adds even more value to my daily work, making work faster and easier.I enjoy being part of a team and working in a large company group, which specializes in Design-build projects in Lithuania and export markets.Bringing together a group of engineering design, manufacturing and construction companies, we aim to create a simple, customer-friendly approach to fit any project.
