After almost two years, I got promoted to a Senior position, where my professional and social skills had grown, over this period I took on additional responsibilities:• Interviewing and recruiting candidates, on-boarding new survey programmers to the team [over 35 interviews];• Training new joiners from beginning to end, making sure they develop and grow professionally [17 trained];• Mentoring new joiners after their training program, ensuring their successful integration to the team;• React to escalations, assist other programmers to solve various programming and communication issues;• Being assigned to most complicated projects and demanding clients.

My main responsibilities during this period:• Reviewing questionnaires, suggesting logical and visual modifications to them;• Efficiently communicating with the internal team members/departments and the client;• Working on surveys, following the clients requirements and managing their specific requests;• Programming on Confirmit platform, using WEB technologies [HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery)];• Writing back-end script, for solving various complexity algorithms, validations and masking logics;• Utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills per need, for a more professional and clear workflow;• Testing the survey logic properly on desktop and mobile view, to assure an error free online link;• Proper work planning on multiple projects, task prioritizing and meeting tight deadline demands;• Ensuring all work is on the highest standard and complying with the internal workflow procedures;• Work in an international and multicultural company, where the main communication is in English.
