• Organizing all departments collaboration between regions, reaching out for best results and compromises;

• After almost two years, I got promoted to a Senior position, where my professional and social skills had grown, over this period I took on additional responsibilities:
• Interviewing and recruiting candidates, on-boarding new survey programmers to the team [over 35 interviews];
• Training new joiners from beginning to end, making sure they develop and grow professionally [17 trained];
• Mentoring new joiners after their training program, ensuring their successful integration to the team;
• React to escalations, assist other programmers to solve various programming and communication issues;
• Being assigned to most complicated projects and demanding clients.

• Work at the UAB "SERMO" medical Market Research company, where I have successfully contributed to the Survey Programming department for the European region. My main responsibilities during this period:
• Reviewing questionnaires, suggesting logical and visual modifications to them;
• Efficiently communicating with the internal team members/departments and the client;
• Working on surveys, following the clients requirements and managing their specific requests;
• Programming on Confirmit platform, using WEB technologies [HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery)];
• Writing back-end script, for solving various complexity algorithms, validations and masking logics;

• Performed an internship at the UAB “Adnera” software development company, where I have contributed to development of the “eHouser” information system. My main responsibilities during this period:
• Programming Java on Eclipse IDE and familiarizing myself with JSF;
• Helped to improve the “eHouser” user interface.
