Implementation of Raipay application for RBI/RBGA.RaiPay is a mobile payment application utilized by Raiffeisen banks across nine countries, providing users with a convenient method for making contactless payments using their phones, as well as a streamlined approach to managing their Raiffeisen cards.As the project manager, I was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the entire project, which amounted to up to 3000Mds, across all phases. The project was a complex integration effort, requiring the involvement of various partners such as RPC, RBI, RIT, RBGA, PSA, RSG, MasterCard, and VISA.

Migration of debit cards and related card services to new Card Management System. Scope of the project: ~10000Mds (6000MDs development, 4000MDs mainly test and other activities), 33 VUB impacted applications + 7 applications on Card processor side. Greyson as System integrator was responsible for analysis phase (preparation of Business and Technical solution blueprint), mapping of all cards related use cases, definition of the project plan, preparation of effort estimates and budget, coordination of external vendors (including new card processor in Croatia), coordination of VUB internal development, definition of test approach for all test phases (shakedown, SIT, UAT), definition of test approach for Data migration, execution and coordination of data migration test / test cycles on non-production and production data, business deployment, definition of cutover/go-live plan, regular progress reporting towards VUB CEO and CIO.I was project manager and business lead during all phases of the project.

The new system may have been designed to increase efficiency, reduce processing times, and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that non-voice items are directed to the appropriate department or personnel for prompt and accurate resolution.
