Hello there! I'm Andrés Ramírez, and I'm currently diving into the world of nanotechnology at Instituto Tecnológico de Educación Superior de Occidente (ITESO). The realms of modern physics, particularly particle physics, and quantum sciences have captured my heart. I see these fields as agents of positive change, and I'm on a mission to play my part in this transformation.In my nanotechnology journey, I've been exploring the exciting avenues of quantum sciences. Through internships, I've delved into quantum optics, where I worked with entangled photons and their role in quantum information. I've also had the chance to contribute to the development of photonic qubits. Beyond that, I'm sharpening my programming skills, currently undergoing Qiskit training with IBM. I'm proud to share that I took these skills to the Global Climate Change Congress (GLOC) 2023, where I showed how quantum information matters in shaping emerging technologies.I'm on a path to pursue a Master's degree in Quantum Sciences and Technologies. My goal is to channel this passion into creating a brighter future for generations to come. Beyond academics, I'm deeply committed to environmental conservation and ocean health.
