JSC Termo Biznesa Centrs provides more than 5000 m2 of office and storage space in the center of Riga. As chairman of the board I have the following duties:- Determining and implementing policies and making decisions;- Taking care of legal documentation;- Hiring, overseeing and managing employees;- Calling and coordinating meetings, including Council meetings and meeting of shareholders;- Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems;- Negotiation and binding the company to contracts;- Monitoring building maintenance budgets and arranging for building improvements;- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants;- Debt management;- Tax management;- etc.

The company develops a real estate project on a 25 hectare land plot.As in-house lawyer I provide the following services to the company:- reviewing all of the documents that are signed at the closing of any deal, including deals with construction companies, architects, municipality etc. - communication with tax authorities.
