I have a large experience working more than 20 years in Law enforcement agencies and finished my carrier at Colonel rank of State Police in 2015. During my job I was attended a lot of international meetings and courses, related to all types of international crimes in Europe and USA, and my last working place was Europol, where I representing Latvian State Police as liaison officer. I really interested in continuation of work in multinational environment, because I hope I have a good experience in this area and my social and organisational skills and competences can help the organisation to fulfil their tasks. I have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and also being able to handle individual tasks, ability to work with considerable amount of information, ability to work under stress conditions and to meet tight deadlines, ability to work on various tasks simultaneously. I’m self-disciplined and precise, self-initiative.
