Main fields of my research interest are biomedical engineering, neural engineering and neuroscience, with narrow expertise in: "Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI)" and "closed-loop neurotechnology".I was involved in numerous collaborations in public and private funded research projects, which contributed to my versatility in the field, including: BCI for stroke rehabilitation, assistive BCI for ALS, passive BCI for neuroergonomics, various neurofeedback systems, hybrid BCI, EEG-based and implantable closed-loop neurotechnology.In the field of EEG-based BCI I have expertise in inducing, measuring, processing and online classification of various control signals such as: ERD/ERS, MRCP, SSVEP, somatosensory evoked potentials and various event-related potentials (ERP: P300, N400...).I have extensive experience with: multichannel Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) for motor control and sensory restoration; rehabilitation robotics for therapy and functional assessment; novel electrophysiological biomarkers of neurological diseases; and machine learning applications and intelligent systems in biomedicine.I am an accredited lecturer of the courses of the Doctoral program of University of Belgrade which covers studies in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary scientific fields from 2016. My engagements are: at study module Biomedical Engineering and Technologies (course: Selected methods for physiological signal processing); study module Intelligent Systems (course: Computational models in neuroscience); study module Biophysics (course: Sensors in biophysics and biomedicine).
