I have helped the company toexceed the historical figures of marketable output of the plant. I have trained the team of managers for plant and sales management during the post-crisis period. Was completed a business deal regarding the purchase of the plant, developed and implemented the deal financing system, defended an investment project and I have raised funding from the Sberbank. Was restructured the existing debt obligations, successfully conducted a tax audit of the company for the previous three years. Was optimized the performance of the company’s product sales.The company has taken about 80% of the market of the Russian Federation. The company customers – almost all shipbuilding and ship- repairing plants in Russia, as well as some plants in Ukraine, Germany, Finland, Romania, Poland and the Baltic States. The number of employees – 200. The company’s annual turnover – 50 million euros. The production volume – 12 thousand tons of specializedshiprolled metal products per year.
