Current» Creating and administering user accounts in Active Directory Create, Mailboxes, Distribution Groups and Mail Contacts in Exchange 2010 Mailboxes and Office 365, deploying, managing and troubleshooting iPhone and android mobile devices» Monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure operations failures, degradations and event correlations using software and hardware monitoring tools» Engaging internal and external clients telephonically and via email in resolving problems» Performing advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for a variety IT infrastructure issues including hardware, software, telecommunications, business application, customer connectivity, LAN, WAN » Triaging complex challenges and effecting corrective action to ensure availability and to minimize downtime » Installing new Cisco, Obihai and Polycom phone lines, and providing technical support to 1000+ users » Reimaging and configuring new PCs for users, including connecting to company domain and installing necessary software and programs» Serving as a technical resource responding queries from staff, and providing technical training staff» Compiling detailed technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to guide technicians in performing specific duties » Identifying process improvement opportunities aimed at advancing customer service and organizational efficiency
