FPS (Farfetch Platform Solutions) is a SaaS based suite of commerce solutions and retail technology for luxury brands and retailers. I am a Manager within the Tech Delivery Management team of FPS and leading a team of Tech Delivery Managers based in Lisbon.Main responsibilities:- Led a new team of Tech Delivery Managers (TDMs) based in Lisbon (team grew from 0 to 7 people). Each TDM is responsible for managing one/ multiple projects, working with and leading technical teams in the delivery of eCommerce projects of FPS.- Led the Tech stream in a programme of 20+ projects to onboard the Richemont group onto FPS. Assumed the role of Programme Manager and key SPOC of the Tech stream within the programme with overarching responsibility of the delivery of the multiple projects (each led by a TDM in my team). - Coached and supervised Tech Delivery Managers in their role, as well as promoted their professional development (mentoring, 1-2-1, feedback/ review/ evaluation).- Built/ improved processes to ensure efficient and consistent tech delivery management across the team.- Engaged, led and managed 3rd party development teams, and performed financial management.- Provided operational and strategic support to all stakeholders.
