As the Head of Chemicals NPD & Regulatory Affairs at Denka International BV, a Pelsis Group company, I lead a team of chemists, engineers, and regulatory specialists in developing, scaling up, and registering new and improved specialty chemical products for various industries and applications, such as agriculture, pest control, personal care, and cleaning. I have over 20 years of experience in product development and innovation, working for multinational companies such as Unilever and Sara Lee, as well as smaller and more niche firms such as Certis Europe and Fresenius NPBI.In addition to my role at Denka International BV, I also work as an Interim Project Manager and a Freelance Photographer at What's Next, a consultancy firm that offers project management, interim management, and coaching services to clients in various sectors and fields. I have successfully managed several projects related to product development, process improvement, quality assurance, and market research, using my skills in concept development, formulation development, scale-up, and quality management. I also have a passion for photography, and I have completed several assignments in portrait, event, and corporate photography, using my creative and technical skills to capture and edit stunning images.My core competencies are reliability, efficiency, pragmatism, honesty, and independence. I enjoy working on challenging and diverse projects that require me to apply my scientific knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
