Process Analyst – Bodyshop Renault do Brasil.- Engineer in Renault do Brasil BodyShop, working in technical assistance to the manufacturer, technical documentation, Kaizens, Safety, Ergonomics, Quality.- Product and process evolution projects, alignment with stakeholders, technical documentation.- Conducting Quality Management Systems, department.

• Responsible for opening and controlling Factory Projects (Capex, Investments, Budget).
• Interface and monitoring of suppliers in Campo Largo plant projects.
• Leadership in process improvement projects (kaizens), machine modernization projects and expansions in the process.
• Project management support to the Facilities, Production and Automation teams of the packaging process.

• New Project Coordinator reporting directly to the Engineering Manager;
• Management of teams of up to 27 engineers, conducting projects in 4 plants (Curitiba VP, Curitiba VU, Argentina, Colombia);
• Acting in the project office, conducting manufacturing projects, working with innovation and industrialization of new vehicles and new means of production;

• Coordinator of New Painting Projects for the industrialization of vehicles, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and Industrial Project Manager;
• Management of indirect teams of up to 10 people, leading projects, working with the industrialization of new vehicles and new means of production in the painting and production lines of passenger vehicles;
• Control of planning and quality of projects, performing requirements mapping, cost management, monitoring of deliveries, team sizing and schedule management;
• Development and control of activities of local and international suppliers for new products, innovations and means of production in Renault Painting processes;
• CAPEX/OPEX Investment Management from the conception of the new processes to the final installation in the Kwid Pintura Project, with a CAPEX amount of 6 MR$;
• Coordination of 8 new vehicle projects, with an average departmental CAPEX/OPEX of €1M (Sandero, Duster, Captur, Kwid).Main results:

• Management/leadership of a team of 7 engineers focused on Continuous Improvement and support to Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Logistics in the passenger vehicle painting plant.
• Expertise in process improvement using Lean Manufacturing concepts, Renault Production System (SPR), WCM, TPM, CEP and Quality Control.
• Technical assistance to production, performing analysis and solving daily problems, focusing on continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing).

Curitiba E Região

• Technical Alignment and Development of suppliers for new pumping equipment, distribution and application of sealants for vehicles (focus on watertightness, noise and vibration reduction).
• Leadership of the engineering team regarding routines in Production System, process controls and quality control (QCStory, QRQC);
• Development and industrialization of sealants (PVC), new paints and anti-corrosion processes;
• Responsible for processes in the areas of surface treatment, e-coat and sealants, performing production control, quality, process scripts, productivity analysis and continuous improvement.

Jaguariaíva Area, Brazil

• Quality control in manufacturing and monitoring the results obtained by customers;
• Technical assistance to customers and suppliers, monitoring of tests and new products;
