Co-Created and Lead Braskem Labs implementation - Braskem´s startup acceleration Program. The program engaged 24 Braskem’s executives to the mentorship program and selected 19 startups.Developed and Implemented a Social Action Strategy. The processes conquered the approval and support from all the senior executives of the company, including board members.- Raised R$ 9,3M ( approx.: 2,5M USD) of new investments from different companies and organizations to Brasnkem’s Social Projects(about 150% of the planned budget) - Braskem was included in the Dow Jones Sustainability's index in 2012.- Modeled the procedures to quantify specific carbon inventories in a fast and objective manner, reducing the delivery time by 80%.

- Founder and partner of a carbon consulting company called Green Domus Desenvolvimento Sustentável Ltda.- Performed the full CDM procedure, from the project development to the commercialization of CER; going through validation, registration, supervising the system implementation, operation, monitoring, verification and certification by a third party, CER issuance by UNFCCC, creating and managing a holding account for the CERs and selling over-the-counter.- Raised about R$600.000 (approx. USD350k) of investments for the company, allowing it to grow even with the 3 years gap between CDM investment and income.- Managed and executed 16 projects, taking into account the subjects: Carbon, Sustainability indicators and GHG inventory.- Delivered more than 130 feasibility studies regarding carbon projects (CDM – Clean Development Mechanism). Including financial analysis, additionality and identifying evidence to support project registration.- Lectured more than 30 times for different listeners, including medium and large company owners and employees to carbon specialists, on how the carbon market works and how to develop a offset project.- Negotiated CDM Project on different stages taking in consideration technical feasibility, risks and carbon pricing. - Responsible for pre-sales activities, including assessment of the Project offset potential, definition with the client of the most adequate solution and the needed work force to attend its needs.- Modeled the procedures to quantify specific carbon inventories on a fast and objective manner, reducing the delivery time in 80%. Created a complete sales kit, with manual, spreadsheets, prices table permitting the sales team to reduce the demand on the commercial activity from an average of 8 to 4 interactions between sales representatives and clients to perform the sale.
