These include a cheddar, mozzarella, and a parmesan, among other cheese options.My role involved a variety of administration tasks, such as invoicing, paperwork, contacting customers and suppliers.While working as an administration assistant at Angel Food, I noticed some areas in which processes could be made significantly more efficient with automation. I met with the CEO and suggested that I develop and implement a new system to do so. She agreed to widening my job scope and increasing my hours to make it happen. My idea culminated in me planning, designing, and building a web application, with a database and data warehouse which makes our jobs easier. The other major issue was that it was difficult to analyse the data to answer the kind of questions which I was interested in, and I needed to answers to some questions for reports that are used to retain funding for the programme.I talked to Andre about my vision and what I needed from the data. Technology is not my area of expertise, so I was impressed that Andre was able to translate my ideas on paper into a working program that meets my needs.The program Andre created saves me time by automatically creating Google Sheets to replace the Excel files we were using, and it also allows me to query the data across all of those sheets quickly, pulling out the summarised information. It also allows me to gain insights from questions that I could not have answered without this new system.Throughout this whole process over about 6 months, Andre was flexible, and collaborated and communicated with me effectively. He made sure that he understood what I wanted; that I understood how the system operates; and ultimately that I was satisfied with the result.I am happy to recommend him for his combination of teamwork and technical skills which made him a superb person to work with on this software project.
