As an event lead for ATN staffing, I have supervised and motivated teams of brand ambassadors and promotional staff for various experiential and event marketing campaigns. I have ensured the smooth execution of events, from setup to breakdown, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. I have also communicated effectively with clients, agencies, and brands, providing feedback and reports on event performance and outcomes. Some of the events I have led and executed include:Coca-Cola Freestyle activation in Minneapolis for the Final Four in 2019, where I managed a team of brand ambassadors who interacted with thousands of basketball fans and visitors on Nicollet Mall. We showcased the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, a touchscreen soda fountain that offers over 100 different beverage choices. We also distributed coupons, prizes, and branded merchandise to the attendees. The activation was a success, as we generated positive brand awareness, engagement, and feedback for Coca-Cola Freestyle.Red Bull’s Gaming Tour, a traveling bus decked out with every popular video game console. The Red Bull Gaming Tour of 2021 celebrated the diversity and excellence of gaming culture and gave opportunities for gamers of all levels and backgrounds to compete, create, and connect.MLS Skills Challenge, a celebration of soccer that featured fan fests, concerts, skills challenges, and the All-Star Game in St. Paul, Minnesota, 2022.Yondr’s Phone-Free Zone, a technology solution that created phone-free spaces at concerts, comedy shows, and other live events.
