*Co-founder*- Co-founded Uello, a logtech startup based in Brazil, which was acquired in 2022 by Lojas Renner SA (LREN3) - Brazil’s largest retailer. - Co-led and drove negotiations across 3 investment rounds, including a Series A round in 2020Represented Uello in top tier accelerator programs, including 500 Startups - Miami, Endeavor, and Liga Ventures.- Recognized by various entities: BBM Logistics Best Startup (2022), Endeavor Smart Cities (2021), 100 Startups to Watch (2021, 2020), 100 Open Startups (2021, 2020), and LAB Miami Ventures’s Future of Logistics Best Startup Pitch (2019).- Co-developed and implemented Uello’s growth strategy resulting in 4x revenue growth in 2020 and 2x growth in 2021.- Bootstrapped multiple critical business verticals at Uello, notably Operations, Customer Experience, Enterprise Tech Support, and Sales before specializing in Product and Technology.*Product & Technology Leader*- Leader of the Product division since 2017.- Drove the development of Uello's first software as a service (SaaS) as a natural extension of Uello's internal operational platform, which was critical to the eventual 2022 acquisition by Lojas Renner, SA.- Designed and direct Uello’s Product and Technology business unit, expanding from 5 to 80+ FTEs across four years.*Business Development*- Personally identified, partnered with, and landed a major multinational company as our first SaaS client; directed large-scale product deployment for the client, which now uses Uello’s SAAS in 100% of its Brazil, Chile, and Colombia logistics operations with expansion ongoing in Europe and North America.- Defined the broader go-to-market strategy for our novel SaaS product, which drove significant positive impact to profitability.- Lead Uello’s Business Development team responsible for conception and implementation of enterprise-level projects for Uello’s SaaS clients.
