About Andre Lockhart
I combine my people growing, Product, Lean UX and very hands on Agile software process, architecture and development skills to make enterprise software that people love to use, with a strong focus on 'UX for developers' so building and maintaining the software is joyful.Culture is paramount. I have been strongly inspired by books like Drive, Radical Candor, The Manager's Path, Managing Humans, and Nine Lies About Work. I am a staunch advocate of data-driven decisions, Agile methods, User-Centered Design (UCD) in a Lean UX context, frequent user research and usability tests, and well structured, scalable, maintainable code. Also, I've used and taught XP, Scrum and Kanban agile techniques.

Concurrently, I did UX design for the project's geospatial analytics application using OpenStreetMap (OSM) and OpenLayers.Mobile Millennium had a successful launch and global debut at the 2008 ITS World Congress.This ongoing project uses GPS-enabled cell phones as traffic probes. Novel algorithms devised by UC Berkeley PhD. students provide more accurate travel time estimates and incident detection with lower probe density than other approaches.
